Every Star Map is made to order, so please allow a short production time before it ships.
- Production: 2–3 business days to print and prepare your order
- United Kingdom: 3–5 business days in transit — free shipping
- Rest of Europe: 5–8 business days in transit — free shipping
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & refunds
Because every Star Map is personalised with your chosen date, place and message, it's made specifically for you — under EU and UK distance-selling law, personalised items are not eligible for standard "change of mind" returns.
That said, we stand behind the quality of every print. If your order arrives damaged, has a printing error, or doesn't match what you ordered, we'll reprint it or refund it in full within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

Email us a photo at support@artolize.com with your order number and we'll sort it out, free of charge.
