Ordering & personalisation

What information do I need to provide?
Just the date, time (optional) and place you'd like the map to show, plus any title or message you'd like printed underneath — a name, a date, a short quote.

How accurate is the star map?
Very. We use real astronomical data to calculate the exact position of every visible star for your chosen date, time and location — it's not a generic pattern.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it, before production starts. Email support@artolize.com with your order number.

Product

What sizes are available?
30x30cm, 40x40cm and 50x50cm, all printed on 300gsm museum-quality fine art paper.

What colour themes can I choose?
Midnight Blue, Deep Cosmos, Dark Forest and Ivory White.

Does it come framed?
The print itself is what you receive; framing options are shown on the product page if available at checkout.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is checkout secure?
Yes — payments are processed by Shopify Payments with full SSL encryption. We never see or store your card details.

Shipping & returns

How long does it take?
2–3 business days to produce, then 3–5 days to the UK or 5–8 days to the rest of Europe. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

What if there's a mistake or damage?
We'll reprint or refund it free of charge within 30 days — just email us a photo of the issue.
